Who We Are

Our story

The Curious Leader was born out of lifelong curiosity and a simple observation: organisations talk about curiosity, but rarely know how to put it into practice.

After a long career in corporate, and growing up watching entrepreneurial parents back themselves and build something from nothing, Eva founded The Curious Leader to bridge that gap. To take the big ideas about leadership and culture and turn them into something leaders can actually feel and do.

What drives us is the work itself -- getting under the hood of different teams, industries and organisations, asking better questions, and seeing the ripple effect that great leadership has on the people around it.

We're part of a network of consultants and facilitators which we draw on when the expertise or capacity is needed.
